4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and other available payment options shown at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If your payment cannot be verified or processed, your order may be canceled.

5. Order Processing & Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

If your order is canceled, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States (excluding certain restricted areas).

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of plant ordered.
  • Live plants are shipped with care to ensure they arrive healthy and safe.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We take pride in delivering healthy, thriving plants.
However, if your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the plant and packaging.

Our “Happy Gardener Guarantee” Includes:

  • Replacement or refund for damaged or unhealthy plants upon arrival.
  • Resolution of any order errors promptly and professionally.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns of live plants once they have been delivered and removed from their packaging.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

8. Plant Care Responsibility

Once plants are delivered in good condition, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide proper care.
We provide detailed care guides and recommendations to help your plants thrive, but cannot be held responsible for plant health after delivery.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before their expiration date.
Only one promo code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Carlo’s Plant Farm and protected by copyright laws.
