Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer, we are not responsible for the resulting loss.

8. Live Plant Condition and Customer Responsibility
Because plants are living products, variations and changes may occur during transit and after delivery. Once plants are delivered in acceptable condition, the customer is responsible for proper unpacking, placement, watering, temperature management, and ongoing care.
Plant care instructions, when provided, are for general informational purposes only and do not guarantee future plant performance.
9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
We want our customers to receive healthy plants and correct orders. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the product;
- clear photos of the packaging, if applicable;
- a brief explanation of the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Because live plants are perishable, we do not guarantee returns once plants have been unpacked, repotted, neglected, exposed to unsuitable conditions, or otherwise affected after delivery.
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
10. Promotions and Gift Cards
Promotional offers, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to any additional terms presented at the time of offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value;
- gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
