The Parsoni Juniper is a low-maintenance, easy-to-grow evergreen. Follow these simple guidelines:

• Sunlight: Thrives in full sun and tolerates some shade. Full sun gives the best color and densest growth.
• Water: Water regularly to establish a strong root system, with more frequent watering in extreme heat. Once mature, it’s drought-tolerant and needs only occasional water.
• Soil: Adaptable to most soils; prefers dry, well-drained soil (slightly acidic is ideal). It will not tolerate overly wet soil or standing water, which can cause root rot.
• Cold Hardiness Zone: 4–9.
• Pruning: Prune to shape only in the early stages of growth to encourage branching. Avoid cutting back into older, bare wood — junipers don’t reliably regrow from old wood.
